Our Story
The Beginning….
Most of you know, we were high school sweethearts. And then we weren’t.
We know…it’s sad but things get better so keep reading!
Life takes us all in different directions. We each follow our own path, experience new things and form new relationships but love always brings you back to your person. The person you are meant to share your life’s journey with.

Reunited….and it feels so good!
We reconnected in a time where many were given the same opportunity in the very same way. Social media afforded us the opportunity to build on an old familiarity with a new twist. We were now thousands of miles apart and much older. We spent hours talking into the wee hours of many nights, sharing our history and our passions. What was, at the time, so common for many became unique and beautiful for us!
In May of 2016 we made a BIG decision! Lani took the leap and moved 2,515.9 (yes, 0.9) miles from Tampa, Florida to Irvine, California.
We are getting married!
Over the last seven years we have enjoyed so many adventures and explored so many fantastic cities. But an unassuming trip to Florida became a special, life changing trip for us both. We were engaged January 18, 2020 in Key West and were fortunate enough to be able to share our love with friends and family on both coasts. First in Florida and then in California.
We are so excited that you will be with us as we begin the next chapter of Our Story…
